Godfrey Kisigo
Godfrey Kisigo is a Research Fellow at the Mwanza Intervention Trials Unit (MITU). His research interests are on the intersection between chronic and infectious diseases. He is currently pursuing his PhD training in Epidemiology at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Godfrey’s PhD project is focused on understanding the impact of sleep disorders and cardiovascular disease on health outcomes in Tanzania. Godfrey also supports MITU communication team by sharing the Unit’s work with internal and external audiences. In this role, Godfrey strives to identify innovative ways to raise awareness of the Unit’s research, mission and impact in the region.
